Means of payments

Payments can be made directly at our shop by cash, within the limits currently set by law, by credit or debit card, or by bank payment.

If you require products to be shipped, we will ask you to make a payment directly into our bank account at the time you place the order. For national shipments, ‘cash on delivery’ payment is available at an extra charge.

Depending on the type of order, we may also ask you to pay a first instalment when you place the order and the rest at the time of collection/delivery.

Right to cancel the contract

The client can return the products purchased by contacting us by email or any other written means, within 10 working days after the delivery.

Goods should be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

All good should be in perfect conditions, with unbroken seals and packaging.

You will be refunded the cost of the goods minus any border duty/tax in case of goods shipped from abroad.

Shipment costs for returning the goods should be paid by the client.

The cancellation right is not applicable for products made to order. This close is clearly specified also in the quote we send initially to the client.

In addition to the right to return products within 30 days from the day of purchase, as stated in the contract, clients can also cancel the contract with the vendor within 10 working days beginning with the day after the client received the products, in accordance with Italian legislative decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005.

Jurisdiction

Italian law, and in particular the court of Rome where MAR STATUE has its registered offices, shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from us.
